I soggetti delle opere rappresentano immagini di animali e scorci della città di Siena ispirati alle brevi prose del libro “Bestie” di Federigo Tozzi.
L’Asta è stata mirabilmente gestita dai professori Andrea Sguerri e Donatella Tognaccini, con l’aiuto delle studentesse Martina Baroni e Gloria Paccagnini, Gloria ha anche intrattenuto il pubblico, composto dai genitori degli studenti del liceo, con un intermezzo musicale al pianoforte.
L’obiettivo dell’Asta era quello di raccogliere soldi per acquistare tavoli da posizionare al piano del bar per i numerosi studenti che rimangono a scuola a pranzare prima dell’inizio delle lezioni pomeridiane o per altri motivi didattici-educativi.
Tale obiettivo potrà essere messo in pratica in quanto l’evento ha avuto un gran successo con il raggiungimento di una cifra utile all’acquisto dei tavoli pieghevoli da fissare alle pareti dei corridoi giallo e rosso dedicati a Tozzi.
